    The cut sheet of clay is placed on a wood transfer board and rolled down the slide toward the ram press station.

    The ram press cuts each modular sheet of clay into the familiar Heath tile sizes. Each tile shape has its own cutter layout.

    After the sheet of tile is cut, the excess clay must be removed.

    The dried tiles are now ready to be glazed in one of our 98 Made-to-Order glazes.
