You'll see how every part of our process from clay-making to kiln-firing is done right here in our 1959 factory, often utilizing the original methods and equipment developed by Edith Heath throughout her career.

While our factory is a wonderful place to visit, it is important to remember that it is, after all, a factory. Please keep the following in mind in order to make the tour safe and enjoyable for all.

- No children under the age of 5 years, please.

- Children must be at their parents/guardians side at all times.

- Solid footwear with flat soles and good traction must be worn - ground is uneven in places or could be slippery.

- Protective eyewear must be worn at all time in the factory. Bring your eye glasses or borrow a pair of ours.

- This can be a dusty environment - please take this into consideration if you have asthma or other breathing/allergy problems.
