We’re thrilled to report that ExpandOS have completely eliminated our use of plastic and Styrofoam packing materials. They are fully recyclable, just put them in with your newspaper or cardboard recycling bin and help save our landfills. Sensitive hands, be mindful - some ExpandOS have sharp edges.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange only, minus any shipping fees. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip and a RETURN FORM. Please call customer service in the following areas:

Heath is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via Fed Ex or UPS.

Returns without proof of payment will be returned at factory seconds price and are eligible for exchange of equal or greater value only. Online specials are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

We are unable to process Returns and Exchanges during our Open Studio and Annual Sale events. Items brought for return during these times will be issued a return authorization number and a store credit will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days.

damage or breakage //

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage upon shipping must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days at the contacts listed below. We will reship your product once UPS has obtained possession of the package and the products are available for shipment.
