Assistant Store Manager for Heath Los Angeles

The Assistant Store Manager will work in partnership with the Retail Manager to promote a quality sales and customer service driven environment. Acting as a leader, you will work to achieve or exceed sales goals, fulfill all operational requirements, prevent inventory loss and assure each customer receives a positive store/brand experience as a role model and through coach and mentoring the team. Assist Retail Manager in effectively managing store operations, maintain appropriate inventory levels and merchandising standards.

eCommerce Manager

Heath Ceramics Ltd. is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to manage the build, launch and upkeep of a new website for Heath Ceramics. This individual will work on the new website from start to finish, owning the functional specs, user-experience goals, as well as the execution of such. The ability to gain a strong understanding of Heath’s business objectives, brand and processes is critical to being successful in this position. Heath currently has one main office and manufacturing facility, 2 remote stores and a thriving eCommerce and gift registry business.

Facilities/Plant Mechanic

This person is responsible for managing a wide range of facility and maintenance related projects such as plant repairs, equipment modifications, new installations, vendor coordination and purchasing for plant needs. This is a hands-on, full-time position that reports to the Production Director and Managing Director.

IT Systems Administrator

Heath Ceramics LTD, is looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage the company’s computer systems. Heath currently has one main office and manufacturing facility location and 2 remote stores with both Windows and Mac platforms. This individual has the technical knowledge and experience to be hands on when needed, while management and coordination of technical resources and systems projects is the main component of the job - both technical and project management skills are required. This individual will ensure that all computer systems from desktop to website are supported and maintained, serve as liaison between software users and vendor support, manage upgrade and implementation projects, help create functional specs to improve systems functionality, evaluate new solutions and existing systems. The ability to gain a strong understanding of Heath’s business objectives and business processes is critical to being successful in this job. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the company and works collaboratively with a wide range of co-workers from warehouse fulfillment staff to eCommerce managers - strong teamwork is critical.
