Gift registry + set up //

Registries may be created online, over the phone or at our factory store. Registries will be live for 12 months after the event date, for friends and family to purchase online, over the phone or at our factory store.

In-stock & made-to-order //

We work hard to keep many of our items in-stock. However, in some cases, items ordered will need to be put through production. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our process, this can take up to 4 weeks. In-stock items will ship within 7 days. Your Ship-to Address (and your honeymoon)

Variation + Quality //

Irregularities and variation in the glaze color, texture and finish are inherent and should be expected due to the hand-crafted nature of our pieces. We feel that these characteristics only add to the natural beauty and unique quality of our products and are in no way to be considered flaws.

Ship-to Address //

If you need to change your ship-to address (or you'd like packages to be temporarily sent to an alternate address while on your honeymoon) go to  "ACCOUNT" in the bottom left corner of the navigation pain of our website and make your changes there. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes due to UPS shipping restrictions. We apologize that we are not able to hold packages at Heath due to a lack of storage space.

returns & exchanges //

Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange only, minus any shipping fees. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip and a Return Form. Please call customer service at 415-332-3732 x 15 if you have any questions. Returns without proof of payment will be returned at factory seconds price and are eligible for exchange of equal or greater value only.

Packing Material //

We’re thrilled to report that ExpandOS have completely eliminated our use of plastic and Styrofoam packing materials. They are fully recyclable, just put them in with your newspaper or cardboard recycling bin and help save our landfills. Sensitive hands, be mindful - some ExpandOS have sharp edges.

Registry Completion Program – 15% off //

As a thank you for registering with us, we want to offer you the chance to complete your registry with 15% off a one-time purchase online or in our Factory Store. Please send us an email and we'll provide you with a personalized code that can be used for up to 3 months after your event. Note: 15% discount excludes second quality Heathware and is valid for registrant and co-registrant’s use, only. The 15% registry completion cannot be combined with any additional offers. Enjoy!

Order Processing //

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed during a holiday orders will be processed the next business day.


Breakage Policy //

To report product damage or breakage, please email us within 5 days of receipt. Include the UPS tracking number, the Heath order number, as well as information on the item(s) damaged. We will process your claim and replace your merchandise asap. Please retail all packing material along with damaged or broken items(s).
