Return & Exchange Policy //
Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange only, minus any shipping fees. Online specials are final sale. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip and a Return Form. Please call customer service at 415-332-3732 x 15 if you have any questions. Heath is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage all returns be insured for the full value and sent via UPS or Federal Express.
Damage //
We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage upon shipping must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days at 415-332-3732 x 15 M-F. We will reship your product once UPS has obtained possession of the package and the products are available for shipment.
