Can I change the Registry type later?
For a Virtual Registry, only if there have been no gifts purchased to date. For a switch to a Conventional Registry, we can remove the public listing of the Virtual and you then create a new Conventional Registry.
Can I change the time when the Registry items ship?
Conventional Registry gifts ship as they are purchased, but Virtual Registry products only ship when you choose to redeem specific products utilizing your gift credit.
If we have a Virtual Registry can our friends & family purchase items from a retail store?
Virtual Registries are set up to be for online purchases only, for both the Registrant and Gift Purchasers. This is to support the intent of the Virtual Registry which is to provide flexibility for the Registrant to choose when to ship their products and whether to apply their virtual credit to additional or different product selections.
If some of the items are not in stock online, can my guests still purchase?
At times our product selection may go temporarily out of stock, at which point it is not possible to make a purchase from the Registry. Most quantities of products are replenished within 2–3 weeks.
Can a Gift Purchaser select items from a Virtual Registry to receive and present at the bridal shower?
It is not possible for a Gift Purchaser to make a purchase from a Virtual Registry and receive the physical product themselves as this goes against the intent of why the Registrant selected the Virtual Registry option, which was to receive a gift of credit which they can then choose to use at a time of their own choosing. If you are a Gift Purchaser looking to buy a gift to bring to a bridal shower or other event, then our store staff or Customer Service department can assist you in selecting an alternate product to complement what the registrant has selected.
Does the Registrant get notified when a gift is purchased off a Virtual Registry?
Yes, the Registrant is notified by email the same day as the purchase via the website. The email notification cannot be canceled nor delayed. The gift purchaser name and product selection is recorded in the Registrant’s online account to view and confirm who purchased each gift.
Can I link my Heath Registry to a registry website like myregistry.com?
A registrant can link to our Registries via these external sites, but please note that we do not have any formal relationships with third party Registry sites and all purchases need to be made on the HeathCeramics.com domain. Please note that third party sites may not show accurate glaze selection of our product selection.
Can I create a Registry and keep it private until I am ready to go public with my selection?
You can call our Customer Service department at 415 332 3732 x15 or x45 (Mon–Fri 9–5, Weekends 8–4 PST) and they can make your Registry either public or private.
Will Heath hold the merchandise purchased for me so I can pick up at one time?
We don’t have the resources for an in-store registry pickup, but we will ship to you via UPS ground free of charge at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I change the “Ship To” address?
You can change the Ship To address at anytime by logging into your account and selecting the Edit Profile page. Update the form fields for Shipping Address and then select Save at the bottom of the page. Please note that your Ship To address may be different from your site account address. Ensure that you have the correct address posted during Registry sign up.
