How to Purchase & Lead Times
We’re quite excited that you’ve chosen our perfectly imperfect Heath Tile for your upcoming installation (send us a photo, won’t you?) Just to know as you move
forward with this process — we have two ways to think about our tile, Made-to-Order and In-Stock.

In-Stock Tile Collections
Just that-tile that’s generally available for same day purchase and pickup in one of our three tile showrooms. There’s absolutely no difference in the quality of tile. We’re able to offer competitive prices by producing more of these focused offerings. Our In-Stock Collections include Dual Glaze and Modern Basics (a select and curated palette).
Occasionally, because people love our tile, some of our in-stock tile inventory may be temporarily sold out. We encourage you to call your preferred showroom, in Sausalito, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, to check the current availability of our In-Stock collections.
