Where are Heath Sews products made?

Do Heath Sews products come with a warranty?

Will my laptop fit inside?

Great question! Our Union Tote and Supply Bag are designed to carry tech — each includes a dedicated slip pocket that can fit most small to medium laptops and tablets. The Reversible and Leather Totes are roomy and could be used for medium to large laptops, but don't have a dedicated laptop pocket. The Satchel is meant for on-the-go, lightweight travel and is best suited for small tablets (at best).

Something spilled inside my bag! What now?

How often do you release new colors and designs?

Our studio is always working and experimenting. New designs, shapes, materials, and color palettes. We don't release new products on a fixed schedule, but if you're keen to get a certain colorway before it is archived, know that most colorways stay in production for about 6-9 months. Our goal in designing new colors and styles is to complement existing products, offering versatility, while increasing the longevity of the assortment.

DISCOVERABLE DETAILS

Snag-free and custom-dyed

All of our zippers are snag-free and custom-dyed for us, by the only zipper manufacturer in the US. A little design secret: In order to prototype colors quickly, we use water-based markers to "dye" neutral zipper tape until we find just the right shade to specify with our zipper maker.

MODULAR SHAPES

Crisp and to the point

Each interior seam is meticiulously covered with bias tape and ironed for a crisp, sealed edge. The pouches hold their super shape, no matter what you put them through.
