Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. The returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, and with the original tags or stickers. Any cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check. Returns without proof of purchase will be reviewed. If accepted they will be processed at factory seconds pricing for store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used. Other restrictions may apply.

Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Stacked Bar Necklace in Wildflower

1.125" H x 1.375" W x 0.25" D

A necklace inspired by our tile, resulting in clean, bold color blocks. It showcases our glossy Frosty Pink glaze on top and matte Wildflower glaze on the bottom. Waxed cotton cord and brass accent beads mean comfort, easy adjusting, and opportunities for layering.

Please keep necklaces away from water as it may change the appearance of the cotton cord. The exposed clay will have a more satin texture and finish with wear (a good thing, if you ask us!).

Heath beads are designed in our studio and made in our Sausalito factory by the Special Glazing team.

Our Bar Necklaces are the results of our continued exploration of materials and manufacturing, and give a nod to Edith Heath's experiments with ceramic beads and button making.
