Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check for showroom purchases. The returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, and with the original tags or stickers. Any returns after 30 days, or without proof of purchase, will be for store credit or exchange only. Other restrictions may apply. Returns without proof of purchase will be processed at factory seconds pricing for exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used.

*Please note that all 2nd Quality dinnerware, Overstock Tile, Final Few, Furniture, and Rug sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For wallpaper returns, please contact Hygge & West directly.

Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Artist and jeweler Julia Turner makes graphic and sculptural pieces that are strong and subtle, exquisitely crafted, and a joy to wear. This necklace is crafted from Japanese glass delica beads interspersed with dainty sterling silver drops and a magnetic clasp. Julia meticulously selects the beads to perfectly complement our Winter Seasonal palette.

Avoid long exposures to moisture (i.e. getting caught in a drizzle will probably be fine, but don’t shower in it.) When not being worn, store away from direct sunlight. When necessary, shine the silver using a polishing cloth, or by applying some toothpaste or baking soda to a toothbrush and gently polishing. Silver cleaner can also be used.
