Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. The returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, and with the original tags or stickers. Any cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check. Returns without proof of purchase will be reviewed. If accepted they will be processed at factory seconds pricing for store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used. Other restrictions may apply.

*Please note that all 2nd Quality dinnerware, Overstock Tile, Final Few, Furniture, and Rug sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For wallpaper returns, please contact Hygge & West directly.

Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Stripes Cocktail Napkin in Cranberry

This cocktail napkin features wide stripes across a sturdy linen ground. Each stripe is painted by hand and varies in organic ways adding subtle texture to the simple design. The color is inspired by our Winter Seasonal glaze Cranberry. Made exclusively for Heath by Cathy Callahan as part of our Winter Seasonal collection.

Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with mild soap and line dry. Iron if desired. To soften the fabric, run completely dry pieces through the dryer on low for a few minutes. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.

A longtime member of the Heath family, Cathy Callahan dyes and paints textiles by hand in her Los Angeles studio. Her materials are sourced from small independent suppliers and all pieces are sewn in Southern California.
