Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, usually within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required and the returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, with the original tags or stickers. Any cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check. Returns without proof of purchase will be reviewed. If accepted they will be processed at factory seconds pricing for store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used. Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Other restrictions may apply. Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

This playful and elegant candleholder is a solid piece of hand-made glass with a large point. The heat-resistant nature of this kind of glass makes it a perfect choice for burning any kind of candle. Candle not included.

While wearing heat proof gloves, carefully warm the point with a lighter just enough to push into the base of a candle. Do not overheat. Use hot water to remove any wax residue from the candle. Hand wash only.

Made in France.

Each piece is designed by Laurence Brabant and made by hand by Allain Villechange one at a time in their studio in the French countryside outside of Paris.
