Come toast with us in LA! Join us at the Heath LA showroom on Saturday, May 20 from 2-4pm to celebrate the launch of the Commune for Heath Dinnerware Collection, a new line designed in collaboration with the legendary LA-based design studio.
Meet Commune co-founders and principals Roman Alonso and Steven Johanknecht and hear more about how the collection was designed, then admire the pieces in a beautiful in-store tabletop installation, and peruse Commune’s pop-up outpost, full of curated pieces for the home. Their book, Design Commune: A Love Letter to California will be available for purchase and signing. Light refreshments and drinks will be served.
Heath has worked with LA-based design studio Commune for over 15 years on a variety of projects big and small (including the design of our showrooms!) all of them tied together by a shared connection to California. Our latest collaboration brings Heath’s iconic Rim Line design to a modern place with fully-glazed, versatile shapes meant to be used every day, for all occasions.
This line is about our long friendship with Heath, and our community of people who share a point-of-view and a love of craft. That’s really what this collection is rooted in.
The Commune for Heath Dinnerware Collection will be available for sale in-store and online starting May 18, and the Commune LA Outpost will be up in the showroom from Friday, May 19 - Saturday, June 10.
