Every aspect of our tile and tableware production, from clay-making to kiln-firing, is done right here in our 1959 factory, often utilizing the original methods and equipment developed by Edith Heath throughout her career. Rather than try to explain it, have a look at our virtual tours, they’re much cooler.


Dinnerware production //

Our kilns were custom built by Brian Heath, when the factory opened in 1959. Today we can fire approximately 400 pieces in each kiln per day. Our kilns fire for about 9 hours and reach a maximum of 2100 degrees.


Tile Production //

Our tile production facility was added to our existing factory in 1973. Today, we press 650 sq ft. of tile per day with a crew of 10 skilled craftsmen.
