How It Works
Welcome to our Heath Trade Program application. We work primarily with the following Trade Categories: Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, Contractors, Builders, and Developers. We review each application to make sure the scale and scope of your projects are a good fit for both of us.
Tax Exemption (optional) We require a valid Resale and/or Sales Tax Certificate from your state that you can upload below.
Once we have your application, a Heath Trade Specialist will get back to you by email within three business days. If you need immediate help, just let us know. You can contact us at trade@heathceramics.com. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
