Where can I buy Heath Ceramics products?
We sell our products directly from our website and our four California Showrooms.
Our Sausalito showroom and Overstock Tile Shed are open for you to visit!
We're offering Curbside Pickup for online orders at our San Francisco location, as well as offering shipping around the world.
Currently, our Los Angeles, Ferry Building, and San Francisco showrooms remain closed.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. When can I expect it to be available?
Our dinnerware factory has been completely closed for over two months, due to California’s Shelter in Place. Prioritizing our team's safety means that some of our products are unavailable—temporarily. As the Shelter in Place restrictions are eased, we'll get back to making, with an abundance of new safety protocols in place. Until our factory team is able to catch up with the two-month break in production, we thank you for your patience.
As an alternative to currently Out of Stock items, we have Virtual Gift Cards available.
Can I add join a wait list for out of stock items?
We do not offer any pre-orders or wait lists for either out of stock or to-be-released products. The nature of our small-scale manufacturing process unfortunately does not lend itself to advance orders.
Do you charge tax when shipping outside of California?
Yes, due to new tax laws and recent Supreme Court rulings we are paying—and charging—sales tax on items we ship to customers outside of California.
I noticed that some of the Coupe dinnerware glazes are no longer available. Why?
Our Coupe glaze palette was refreshed in September 2018, for the first time in 15 years! The collection still has the same phenomenal 1940s shapes, now in a host of classic and new colors that connect our past with our future. This is very exciting stuff. Can you tell me what my vintage Heathware is worth?
We do not offer appraisals for vintage items. We suggest looking at Laguna Pottery, eBay, and 1st Dibs for comparison of vintage Heath sales.
Can I take a tour of your factories?
At the moment, no. Our factories are closed due to California's Shelter in Place. As soon as it's safe, we'll get back to making. We look forward to welcoming you in for a tour, to share our process with you, then. If you'd like to receive updates as we re-open the business, please sign up for our newsletter.
What’s your warranty on Heath Ceramics products?
We warranty our ceramic tabletop products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. If you encounter issues with your Heathware, please email or call Customer Service with details and we will help resolve the issue.
