Care

  • Burn time is approximately 12–13 hours.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 0.25" L before each and every lighting. If carbon builds up on the wick that looks like the top of a black mushroom, extinguish the candle, wait for it to cool, cut off the carbonized portion leaving at least 0.25" of the wick (if possible), and relight. To enourage even burning, center the with with a metal utensil periodically. Avoid burning taper candles outside or in a drafty room.
