This form is for plants that love water. The large tray has bumps on the bottom that behave like pebbles, lifting the plant slightly so that it can benefit from moisture beneath it, without becoming waterlogged. Water can evaporate from the space between the bumps, generating humidity for the fern. — Tung Chiang

If you select Curbside Pickup during checkout, your piece will be presented to you with a plant inside of it—either the one photographed or something similar. Curbside Pickup is available at our San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sausalito locations. Orders marked to ship will not include a plant.

There is a small drainage hole in the bottom of the planter.
Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth. If necessary use a mild, non-acidic, non-abrasive dish detergent.
This piece may scratch wood or other soft surfaces when placed.
