We're thrilled to re-open our doors and welcome you back into the showroom. Things may look and feel a little different, due to health and safety precautions implemented because of COVID-19. Thank you for helping us keep our team, and customers, safe.
Things to Know Before You Go
What are your hours?
Our Sausalito showroom is open Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–5pm, with Curbside Pickup for online orders available Wednesday–Sunday, 12–4pm. Our Sausalito Tile Shed is open Thursday–Sunday, 10am–4pm. We will only be able to assist one customer at a time in the Tile Shed, so there may be a wait. We will accept our last customer at 4pm.
Our Los Angeles showroom is open Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm.
Our San Francisco showroom and Newsstand locations are open Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–5pm, with Curbside Pickup for online orders available Tuesday–Saturday, 12–4pm.
Our Ferry Building showroom is open Tuesday–Friday, 10am–5pm and Saturday 9am–4pm.

How are you encouraging safe behavior during the ongoing pandemic?
Community safety is paramount. These extraordinary times, coupled with the heightened shopping and gathering season, has us doing the following for everyone’s well being.
- We’ve extended our exchange window from 30 to 60 days. You have time!

- We’ve reduced Showroom hours.
- Our showrooms are open with limited capacity, to ensure everyone's safety, as well as to comply with California's COVID safety restrictions.
- Upon arrival, you’ll likely encounter a line to enter a showroom. You may even find that we remain at capacity entirely.
- Upon entering, we’re here to help you at a safe 6-foot distance. Please wear your mask. We’ll provide hand sanitizer.
After a well-deserved holiday break, our production team is working hard at building stock levels up, offering the good goods you love so much. Your patience is appreciated as we, gracefully and gratefully, recover from a busy holiday season.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your mask or face covering, as all customers and employees must wear a mouth and nose covering at all times in the showroom.
Invite your favorite shopping companion or come solo—we may need to limit groups to two people when it’s busy to help us maintain capacity and social distancing.
Please leave your pets at home—we love them, but our new layouts and reduced capacity don’t always accommodate pets. It will be left to our Showroom Manager’s discretion to decide if we are able to accommodate pets on any given day.
What products are available in the showroom?
In Los Angeles and San Francisco, expect the usual mix of dinnerware, home, furniture, tile, and accessories.
Our Sausalito showroom is well-stocked with 2nd quality dinnerware, pieces from the Heath Clay Studio, and an abundance of good goods for the home (linens, glassware, flatware, jewelry, and so on). We have a reduced selection of 1st quality dinnerware and can place orders for anything that is not immediately available.
What to Expect Upon Arrival
To ensure there is enough room to maintain social distancing while shopping, we’ll be limiting the number of customers in each of our showrooms. If the showroom is at capacity, there will be an outdoor queue and we’ll try to accommodate everyone who chooses to wait in line.
We’ll provide hand sanitizer before you enter the showroom.
At this time, we are unable to provide restrooms for our customers.
At this time, with limited exception, we do not have Tile Specialists on site in our showrooms. If you need tile inspiration, our showroom staff can get you started and connect you via email with a tile specialist. Shopping & Checkout
Due to limited supply of stock, we may not be able to hold any unpaid merchandise.
We will accept and process returns, but may not be able to fulfill all exchanges on-premise. Our stock remains limited, due to our dinnerware factory closure earlier in the year. We are happy to help you order any items we may not have on hand.
We’ll accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover), or checks. We prefer to not process cash transactions at this time.
We will try to answer stock questions and accept orders over the phone. Please reach out to our showrooms with any questions.
