Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, usually within 3-5 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required and the returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, with the original tags or stickers. Any cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check. Returns without proof of purchase will be reviewed. If accepted they will be processed at factory seconds pricing for store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used. Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Other restrictions may apply. Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Cast Iron Pizza Pan

Crispy, restaurant-style crust has nothing on this pizza pan. Its seasoned cooking surface delivers great results and doesn't dent, bend, or warp at high temperatures. The design of the pan lets you bake right up to the edge. It provides excellent heat distribution and retention for consistent, even cooking. Seasoned and ready to use.

Before and after each use, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface. Preheat the pan slowly before adding food. Hand wash skillet with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; don’t use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly.
