Heath’s latest partner, Copper, expands the Heath home in an innovative way. Their newest stove, Charlie, is the world's first energy storage-equipped induction electric range.
Join us at the Heath San Francisco showroom kitchen for a tasting series with Copper chef Lisa Pinckney. Chef Lisa will prepare bites using the Charlie stove, drawing on recipes from our favorite cookbooks of the season.
Made across the bridge in Berkeley, CA, Charlie is the newest addition to the Heath San Francisco showroom kitchen. (It’s also the only place in San Francisco to see a Copper stove in person!) See, try, and taste for yourself!
