In ancient Greece, Sideritis—aka Ironwort—was widely known for healing wounds caused by iron weapons during battles. This beautiful spear shaped flower is wonderfully pleasant on the palate, with notes of sweet sage, resin, celery and salty lemon. Known scientifically to be anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and an anti-oxidant. This batch is from the spring and summer harvest. Try this tea to help with digestion and symptoms associated with allergies. The ingredients are sourced directly from the Erda farm in Coombsville, Napa Valley.
