This Lodge Cast Iron Griddle is ideal for cooking grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, roasted vegetables, and French toast. It conducts heat evenly with no hot spots and maintains heat efficiency and cooking control. It's pre-seasoned with vegetable oil for a natural easy-release cooking surface.

Before and after each use, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface. Preheat the pan slowly before adding food. Hand wash skillet with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; don’t use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly.
