Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check for showroom purchases. The returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, and with the original tags or stickers. Any returns after 30 days, or without proof of purchase, will be for store credit or exchange only. Other restrictions may apply. Returns without proof of purchase will be processed at factory seconds pricing for exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used.

Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Long Wool Rocking Sheep in Brown

The Rocking Sheep is just as much a stool as it is a toy. Its natural space is in the living room where it is used by the whole family. It's an heirloom that follows your family from generation to generation as the bearer of childhood memories. Each is made one at a time by a collective of craftspeople in Denmark.

Brush the wool periodically with a stiff brush to maintain loft. Spot clean with foamed up soap flakes and rub with a towel. Do not worry about left over soap as the soap will protect both wool and skin. The wood can be cleaned with a damp cloth and after some years of use you can refresh it with a little oil.

In 1981 Povl Kjer made the first Rocking Sheep for his niece as a humorous reminder of her country roots. Over time it has become a Danish Design classic sold all over the world.
